Pallida concrete, extracted in France, feels cold and metallic at the root. Florentina concrete, extracted in Italy, answers more softly, blurred at the edges. Claire Liégent layers them without forcing them to match.
Brazilian pink pepper lifts the opening, while skin musk bridges the distance between the two. Toasted black sesame and Australian sandalwood add warmth and texture, with amber glowing quietly underneath.
At first, the iris is powdery and cosmetic. Then the surface falls away, revealing the raw, earthy root beneath. By the eighth hour, the two irises have slowly fused into one accord, and the seam between them has disappeared.
