There is a morning in the cold season when you cross the bridge on foot, coat open, letting the chill clear your head. Italian cédrat and Buddha’s Hand meet the air with a sharp, clean brightness, while shishito green chili adds a thin electric edge.
Grégoire Balleydier shapes tuberose into something cool and restrained. Jamaican allspice and green chili bring a dry, vegetal heat, while Indian tuberose and frankincense rise through the heart, sharpened by Guatemalan green cardamom.
Then the fragrance drops into wet asphalt: rain-darkened stone after the streets have emptied. Honduras styrax and Haitian vetiver add a deep, mineral weight.
It never softens. The cold cuts through once, clears the air, and leaves a quiet mineral trail behind.
